
It is simple to make, and sure to please.
Take 6-8 Roma tomatoes, and chop. Also chop 3-4 green onions- all of the white, and about 2/3 of the green; 1 jalapeno, and cilantro to taste. Mix in a bowl with a dash of Kosher salt and a splash of lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill until used.
